• Service Issues: If you experience a service-related issue, please contact us within 48 days of your ride. We will investigate the issue, and if appropriate, issue a refund or offer a credit toward future services.

2. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain fees and charges are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Gratuities: Once paid, gratuities are non-refundable.

• Tolls and Parking Fees: Any tolls, parking, or other incidental fees incurred during the service are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy for All Reservations

• Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours Before Pickup: No cancellation fee will be charged, and you will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare will be charged.

2. No-Shows

If the chauffeur arrives at the scheduled pickup location and the passenger is a no-show after 60 minutes of waiting, the full fare will be charged.
